Todor Yordanov PANDOV

Born on Nov. 22, 1933 in the village of Pelishat, Pleven municipality, Lovech district. Married, has two children.

Graduated in Agrarian Economy from the Agrarian Academy in Svishtov. Ph.D. in Economy. Research associate in the Institute of Economy and Organization of Agriculture. Professor. First deputy chairman of the Agrarian Academy. President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Agriculture. Chair of the Supervisory Board of the "Zenith" Privatization Fund since 1996.

Member of BSP until Mar. 1997. Deputy Minister of Economy and Planning 1990. Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry 1990-91. MP (elected in Balchik single-member electoral district) in the 7th Grand National Assembly (Parliamentary Group of BSP). MP (elected in Pleven) in the 36th National Assembly (Parliamentary Union for Social Democracy). MP (elected in Pleven) in the 37th National Assembly (Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Left).
